The newly redesigned Model 2020 Portable Turbidity Meters combines the most advanced microprocessor in the handheld market with a patent-pending optical chamber. The result is higher accuracy in the low range and a wider detection range. LaMotte's multi-detector optical configuration assures long-term stability and minimizes stray light and color interferences. Using a process of true signal averaging over a 5 second period determines all readings. |
LaMotte offers two versions of this instrument: the 2020e for meeting USEPA method 180.1 specifications, and the 2020i for meeting ISO 7027 specifications. Kits are supplied with 0, 1, and 10 NTU standards, sample bottle, four sample tubes, extra battery and a sturdy waterproof Otter case. An AC power adapter is optional.
