Denver, Colorado – February 17, 2012
Geotech Environmental Equipment, Inc. is pleased to announce the opening of its first West Coast office in Orange, California. The location is made possible through the acquisition of BISCO Environmental's Orange, California instrumentation rental, service and distribution center. The purchase entails one facility in California's Orange County. This will be the seventh national service center for the company. Due to its prime West coast location, the Orange County office is conveniently located to provide rental equipment, service existing equipment in the field and distribute Geotech equipment.
"The acquisition enhances our capabilities in the environmental equipment market and in our ability to bring an enhanced rental product offering to the west coast region," said Jeff Popiel, President and CEO of Geotech Environmental Equipment. We are so excited to add the existing BISCO Orange staff expertise, customer service skills and strong network in the West, which will enable us to better serve all of our customers. Geotech is planning to provide current customers of the location even better service than they have received in the past."
"Every expansion of our services and facilities enables our company to grow and improve our ability to service our customers across the country," said Popiel. "The combination of organic growth and careful, measured acquisitions over the past decade has enabled us to strengthen our position through the expansion of our geographic footprint, and the attraction of talented personnel."
Rich Abrams, President/CEO of BISCO Environmental, said "This transaction with Geotech will allow us to better focus on our current and future technologies to provide advanced environmental systems to our existing and new customers while ensuring our instrumentation rental customers will continue to receive the exceptional service they have had from BISCO".
