Geotech offers a wide variety of analytical and sampling equipment to rent in the United States.
When needing to analyze water parameters or take water samples for a short period of time, renting is an option we have available to you.
Renting from Geotech is easy.
How to rent equipment:
Call your Geotech representative and request a rental price sheet.
Choose the equipment you need.
Consult your Geotech representative about the suitability and availability of the product(s) for your particular project
If you have an account with Geotech, be sure it is current. If you have not applied for a credit account yet, request a credit application or download it
(Adobe Acrobat required). Fill it out completely and fax it with your order.
A rental checklist is included with every rental order. Upon receipt of the rental equipment, the customer/end user must check the list against the items received
and immediately notify Geotech of any discrepancy/shortage. For any material discrepancy/shortage not reported to Geotech within 24 hours of receipt, the
customer will be charged rental price.
Rental billing:
Weekly rental period is considered to be 5 weekdays: Monday through Friday (no charge on Saturday or Sunday).
Daily rental price is figured by dividing weekly rental price by 5.
For rental equipment picked up at the Geotech facility in Denver, Colorado or Williamston, Michigan, billing is based on 24-hour system.
The rental day begins the hour the equipment is picked up and each rental day following begins at that same hour. There is no prorating for partial days.
Equipment returned the following day before the time (hour) that it was picked up, will be billed at a single day's rate. Equipment returned the following
day after the hour it was picked up, will be billed as two days rental.
Daily rental billing will never exceed the weekly billing rate.
Geotech prepays and adds all shipping and handling charges to the invoice.
Rental equipment return:
Merchandise rented from Geotech shall be delivered to the customer, and/or end-user in the manner in which Geotech wishes to have it returned.
All rental fees cover normal wear and tear of our rental equipment. All rental equipment should be properly maintained throughout the rental period, and must be
cleaned and decontaminated as specified in the Decontamination Procedures included with the equipment, and returned to Geotech in the same condition in which
in was received.
At no time shall any repair of any rental equipment be attempted without the consent of Geotech Environmental Equipment, Inc. Any costs resulting
from damage to the product, negligence on the part of the user, or any other situation not related to normal wear and tear of our rental equipment will
automatically be charged to the customer, in addition to the rental charges.
