Calgon Rayox®
The Rayox® units combine high-intensity, medium-pressure lamp technology with hydrogen peroxide addition to produce the strongly oxidizing OH radical. These systems are used to treat a wide variety of groundwaters and wastewaters for the destruction of many persistent contaminants such as 1,4 dioxane, N-Nitrosodimethylamine, methyl-tertbutyl-ether, and several chlorinated and aromatic solvents.
