With a growing need to bring PFAS-Free solutions to private and government sectors, Geotech has removed materials containing PFAS from many of its manufactured environmental sampling and remediation products. Per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) pose widespread contamination concerns, environmental risk, and human health implications. The two most notorious PFAS chemicals – PFOA and PFOS are phasing out under pressure from the Environmental Protection Agency after scientific evidence of serious health problems came to light. Recent EPA directives are moving toward greater regulation of manufacturing, import, and use of certain compounds.

• has an unusual twist or story: equipment being used overseas, of an interesting project, or for humanitarian purposes… wildlife or Mother Nature butting/intruding… the perfect shot at sunset, etc.
