Geotech Environmental Equipment, Inc. announces that Geotechnical Services will be joining the Geotech regional service center team in Orange, CA in a partnership which promises to continue to serve Geotech and Geotechnical Services customers nationwide.
Bob Misen of Geotechnical Services expressed his plan to retire after 37 years of successful business operation. Jeff Popiel, President and CEO of Geotech Environmental Equipment, recognized the opportunity to incorporate the expertise of the Geotechnical Services' staff. "This highly trained staff brings a relationship which has flourished since the 1970s to full circle," said Jeff Popiel. "Like Mr. Misen, our founder, Jerry Popiel started Geotech Environmental Equipment soon after the formation of the EPA, when the environmental industry was just emerging. Our personnel have had a decades-long relationship. It is our honor to carry on Bob's legacy of proven commitment to Geotechnical Services customers."
In 1979, Bob Misen started Geotechnical Services, Inc. as a full service firm for the environmental industry in a Southern California garage. Business rapidly grew, and he officially opened the Tustin, California storefront in 1983. The corporation expanded to serve clientele across the country. As an organization dedicated to customer service, Geotechnical Services set itself apart by attracting and retaining highly-talented staff and by providing expert technical support and training. Geotech is honored to partner with this team, and they are confident that this alliance will help them to continue to exceed customer expectations. The Geotech-Orange regional service center is conveniently located to provide rental equipment, repair services, and environmental supplies in Southern California.
