Request an RMA Number

Contact one of our offices to get a return material authorization (RMA) number or click the link below to get the process started.

Return Your Equipment

Ship the equipment to Geotech. Be sure to decontaminate your equipment and clearly label your shipment with the RMA # you received from us.

Find A Location

Receive Your Evaluation

A Geotech team member will contact you with a detailed evaluation report. You can then decide whether you want to repair the item or trade it in.

Get your Trade-In Value

If you choose trade-in, well provide a credit that can be applied towards new equipment.
