The US DH-81 handheld suspended sediment sampler developed by the Federal Interagency Sedimentation Project (FISP) is specifically designed to collect flow-weighted, depth-integrated water - sediments samples in wadeable streams and rivers. The systems central component is the US DH-81A Adapter, which attaches to a wading rod and supports a variety of caps, nozzles, and sample containers. The modularity allows for a flexible, configurable system that can be tailored to specific sampling environments.
